Jimmy Rattray

Jimmy Rattray is a senior commercial property lender for BNZ based in Christchurch. Jimmy manages a portfolio of commercial property clients with a mixture of investment and development lending across all sectors of the market in Christchurch and regional Canterbury. He started with BNZ in 2009 and has worked in both Christchurch and Auckland across business and property lending teams, and also spent time in London working for Japanese bank SMBC in their project finance team. Jimmy has a passion for the commercial property sector and supporting clients with their investments and developments, and seeing the value that these have for both clients and the community.
Jason Luckhardt

Jason is a seasoned property expert with 25 years of experience across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, and Brokerage. With a proven track record of success, he has established himself as an influential figure in the industry, known for his ability to lead and manage teams, as well as mentor and integrate new members.
Jason's extensive network spans various levels of government, businesses, and corporate clients, giving him a deep understanding of the industry and a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that arise in the property sector. His exceptional interpersonal skills allow him to interact effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, making him an asset in community engagement roles and stakeholder management.
Tom Chatterton
Director & Quantity Surveyer, Rider Levett
Tom is a Director and experienced Quantity Surveyor for Global Cost Management firm Rider Levett Bucknall. He has worked on a range of large-scale construction projects internationally and locally, both in the private and public sectors, including Christchurch city centre projects such as the Crossing, ANZ Centre and numerous hospitals.

He currently chairs the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors Canterbury branch, sits on the Property Council’s South Island Executive, as well as being the Chair of the Global Digital Advancement Committee for Rider Levett Bucknall. Tom is an expert in the field of BIM and digital advancement for Quantity Surveying.
